This is a first class opportunity to take responsibility for the credit risk approval process for Leveraged and other Structured Finance transactions.

Our client is one of the leading providers of Senior Debt and Mezzanine Finance to Leveraged transactions in the Australasian marketplace as well as being extremely active in other areas of structured finance on a global basis.
 
The role differs from many other credit risk roles in that the successful individual will work closely with deal teams on transactions, from the earliest stage,  providing input from a credit risk perspective. The successful candidate will be a graduate who has first class corporate credit skills and ideally has experience of working on leveraged transactions. He or she will be expected to work closely with sector teams at the early stages of the transaction process and will be expected to attend client visits. The role will have a delegated authority. This is an excellent opportunity to be strategically involved in shaping the credit process for this team.
