This is an exceptional opportunity to join one of the most committed Project and Infrastructure Finance players to establish a Project/Infrastructure team dedicated to the South East Asia  market.

Our client is a truly global banking institution, its reach covers  both commercial commercial and investment banking and is demonstrably committed to the markets where it is has a presence. Now as a result of their well documented global commitment to cross-border Project Finance they are looking to strengthen their coverage of the South Asia market.

Reporting functionally to the Asian Pacific Regional Head of PF, the role will involve taking full responsibility for the origination of Project & Infrastructure Finance mandates in South East Asia, transaction execution and ongoing portfolio management. In addition, there will be strategic involvement in the shaping of the local business plan and objectives as well as the ongoing management of more junior staff.

The successful candidate will possess a proven track record in originating profitable Project finance business in either the:  Infrastructure, Energy, Oil & Gas or Resources sectors. Knowledge and contacts within the global as well as local marketplace is ideal, though the client will actively consider applications from Asian Nationals who are currently offshore and who can demonstrate a first class background in the origination of big ticket Project and Infrastructure finance transactions,  who now wish to return to the region.
